Heather Bienz

Heather Bienz is a published commercial and portrait photographer based in Fort Wayne, IN. She obtained a bachelor's degree in business marketing and communications in 2009 that helped to drive her corporate career in sales and marketing before she began her online education and training in photography in 2017.

She has a passion for strategizing with local small business owners and entrepreneurs on how to best capture images that market their personal brand, products or services. She's been featured in local publications such as Fort Wayne Business Weekly, Fort Wayne's Glo Magazine and the Fort Wayne Journal Gazette. She was also a top 100 finalist in the 2023 National Association of Professional Child Photographers Inspired Gallery Event.

Heather enjoys feeding her creative appetite by creating custom pieces of portrait art photography such as children's composite photography, cake smash and family photos for families to display in their homes for years to come.

Heather also teaches photography and editing classes to middle and high school students in Fort Wayne, IN and provides in-person and online photography mentoring and coaching services to aspiring and seasoned photographers across the United States.

She lives in Fort Wayne, IN with her husband of twelve years and three children ages nine, six and two. Her in-home studio is available for headshot, cake smash and children's portrait sessions. She shoots on location for business branding, events and family portrait sessions.
